Movement has always held a special place in my life. From a young age I immersed myself in dance training which taught me discipline, dedication and the importance of caring for and maintaining your body.

Dance gave me a strong foundation but once I stopped I was searching for another way to express myself daily. That is where I fell in love with Pilates. It became more than exercise, it was a way to connect with myself physically and mentally.

After years of teaching in some of London’s top studios and sharing my love of Pilates with my incredible clients and friends, I wanted to create something more accessible. Thats why i’ve created Poppy Young Pilates. An online space where anyone, no matter where they live or how busy their schedule, can experience the benefits of Pilates.

For me, Pilates is the time where you put yourself first: tuning in to your body and mind, releasing physical tension, and re-organising yourself so you can become the best version of you — both physically and mentally.

Poppy Young Pilates is central hub that blends my classical and contemporary training into accessible, carefully designed classes that fit around every body, no matter your level of experience or wellbeing. Honouring the authenticity and principles of classical Pilates, my classes focus on empowering you while hopefully sparking a lifelong passion for movement in each of you.

No matter your starting point, I believe Pilates has something to offer you. Whether your goal is to move with greater ease, improve your posture, or simply carve out time for yourself, my aim is to empower you to feel strong, confident and at home in your body.
